In 2022, The French Waffle was born from a simple yet powerful vision: to create the best waffles in town, baked to perfection. But this journey didn’t start overnight. It began years earlier, in 2018, when our founder, Mr. Ankit Thakur – an engineer by profession – decided to dive headfirst into the world of baking.
With a mind for precision and a heart for creating, he spent four years perfecting his craft, experimenting with waffles, brownies, and cheesecakes. Each recipe was a labour of love, tested and refined until it reached absolute perfection. Friends and family became the first to taste these creations, and soon, word spread beyond his circle. The passion to bake grew stronger, and by 2022, it was time to take the leap and turn this passion into something bigger.
That’s how The French Waffle came to life. From the finest waffles to melt-in-your-mouth brownies, and the perfect winter-worthy hot chocolate.
