Pedal Spot Welding Machine is operated by pedal & used to welding 1+1 sheet. We placed one sheet on another
sheet between the electrode & press the pedal. The current flow from the transformer to the sheets though the welding arm. As we know that the heat produce is directly proportional to the resistance of the conductor therefore the resistance of the sheet will produce heat. This heat will melt the metal & pressure applied though the pedal will form a solid weld nugget.
