Virdi, Laser welding is a precise and surprisingly delicate welding process that uses beam light to join metal parts. The laser beam is produced by a freestanding laser source and directed to a machine-mounted or hand- held collimator ' troch' and onto the work piece.
Laser Power:- This is the amount of energy delivered by the laser to the work piece.
Higher laser power allows faster welding and greater penetration , but good control of power levels is critical in achieving good welds.
Joint Design :- Joint design affects weld quality significantly. Close conformance/ fit
between parts and accessible weld positions are very beneficial in weld quality.
Up to:- 1000 w to 3000 w
Application range:- widely used in kitchen, household appliances, advertising, molds, stainless steel doors and, windows, handicrafts furniture, auto parts.
