It’s a perfect place for families on vacation, friends, business traveler, or people looking for a change of space while working from home! We have FREE high speed WiFi (300mbps) and a NETFLIX subscription. Power Backup . The apartment is centrally located and equidistance from the old and the new city. The international airport is 40-50 mins away and the nearest Metro railway station is 25 mins.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly constructed building (no Lift). There is a staircase. We also have sufficient parking space inside and around the apartment, incase you decide to drive down. We have 10 seater sofa, along with sofa-cum-bed also Bean bag to make you more comfort during your stay. Well designed walls with Grass

LIVING & DINING

We have a large living and dining area (6seater Dinning Table) for you to spend your time as a family/group. There is a 55inch smart TV for all your entertainment needs along with a high speed reliable FREE WiFi connection (300 Mbps). We understand the importance of a good internet connection. We have 32inch Carrom board and Chess too.

BEDROOMS

There are 2 spacious bedrooms in the apartment. All of them have a double bed wardrobe, and an air conditioner in Master Bedroom. One of the bedroom have attached balconies for you to catch the sunset or take in some fresh air.

BATHROOMS

There are 2 bathrooms, all with showers and western style commodes. All the bathrooms have running water throughout the day along with geysers for hot water. Along with Hair dryer

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully functional and comes equipped with a fridge, Gas stove, microwave, Grill, water purifier, hot water kettle, pressure cooker, cooking utensils, R.O. Water purifier and cutlery and crockery. Essentially everything you need to prepare and serve yourselves a great meal.

UTILITY

The utility area has a Work Station, Fully Automatic washing machine, ironing table, and a clothes drying stand which can be used by the guests.

SAFETY

The apartment has a caretaker available 24x7. There are CCTV cameras in the common areas for additional security purposes.

All in all, it is a fully furnished and fully functional apartment where you can relax and have a great time!

Guest access

You will be able to access all parts of the apartment i.e. the living and dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, kitchen, and utility area. You will also have access to the common areas in the apartment building.

Other things to note

• All guests are required to submit a government approved photo ID prior to their check-in.

• Cleaning services during the stay are NOT included. However, if cleaning is required during your stay, then we can help on real time charges. Also equipment is provided inside the apartment for the guests to use.
